Work In Progress: The Legacy of Daughters

I recently started on a new legacy piece to tell the story of motherly love across three generations. Requested by the soon to be Gigi (grandmother), who has an only daughter, who is having the first grandchild, also a daughter. 

She wanted to capture this special moment in time of her first newborn grandbaby in the arms of her daughter. 

Because the story of mother/daughter relationships is timeless, we chose the Byzantine style of mosaic in photorealism to help capture this beautiful moment in their lives. 

This is sure to be a breathtaking piece that will be treasured in their family for generations to come. We’ll update when this piece is complete!
