What goes down must come up!

Fall. Fall. Fall.

On my drive today, I noticed the leaves are really starting to fall.

They pull away, fall to the ground, and some are whisked away into the distance with a quick whirling rush.

I know in my own life I need some things to FALL. Some  things need to hit the ground. Some maybe even need to blow away in a quick rush of wind, never to be seen again.

What in your life needs to fall off, unhinge? Break free in this season?

-Old bad habits that do you no good?

-Defeating thoughts?

-Dead parts of a relationship?

I’m contending for dead things to not remain in my life. If they fall to the ground, they will make the ground fertile for only new life to come out of that ground.

May we in this season, survey the dry, old crusty parts of our life that like bitter dry leaves need to break off to become fertilizer for new things.

Jesus is always leading us through to more healing. Though at times we can feel so far in the dirt, covered up and unseen, He is always working to bring new life to us.

Trust Him, hang on to Him tight and see what He will do!

I’m right there with you.

Happy Fall!
